Welcome to the Baggotonia Community Expo!
Baggotonia - a part of Dublin you won’t find on any map… yet!
This Free Commuity Expo for Baggotonians is part of the inaugural 2024 Baggotonia Festival. The Expo brings together Businesses, Services, Voluntary & Community Groups from across the Baggotonia area.
Baggotonia is as much a state of mind as a physical place. Geographically, its epicentre is Dublin’s Baggot Street Bridge, from where it extends more than a kilometre in every direction.
For some three decades, beginning in the 1940s, this ‘phantom’ address was a bustling bohemian and vibrant intellectual centre, where literary luminaries like Flann O’Brien, Brendan Behan and Patrick Kavanagh lived and roamed.
Date: Friday 20th September
Time: 11:00 AM - 4:00 PM
Location: St. Mary’s Parish Centre, Haddington Road, Dublin 4
