☸️ Baggotonia Festival - Community Yoga 🧘‍♀️

Join our Baggotonia Moves Community Classes.  We will have two FREE yoga classes for our fellow Baggotonians on Saturday 21st September

Come breathe, move and relax. Bring the whole family. Modifications and variations to accommodate different levels of ability and experience.

Spaces and mats will be allocated on a first-come first-serve basis.
 

(Note: If the weather is unkind, the classes will take place indoors in the Parish Centre.)

First Class starts: 12.30 - 1pm

Second Class starts:  1.30 - 2pm

Location: Bishop’s Garden - St. Mary’s, Haddington Road, Dublin 4

 Participants can also choose to visit and explore our recently developed Wild Flower Garden – The Zen Zone. This is a little green sanctuary in the Parish Centre where you can hang out in the Happy Hammock, Hug a Tree or Simply Sit & Smell The Flowers.
