Learn to handstand in the middle of the room with ease and control with our 4-week Foundation course starting in August.
This is a semi-private coaching class where we break down all the foundations of hand balancing to get the coveted freestanding handstand and more complex progressions such as the tuck, the press, and more.

This small class will tailor to your specific needs, with a program designed to address your goals and your needs. So, whether you’re starting off or you can already catch a few seconds and are looking for a stronger, straighter, fearless handstand - this course is for you.
Program:
Conquering the Fear: we will study the different safety mechanisms at our disposal that will pave the way to a safe, enjoyable practice and finally conquer the fear of falling!
Finding Stillness: using specific conditioning drills and breath work, we will dive into the concept of stillness upside down, to maximise our holds
Rethinking alignment: From the fingers to the toes through the pelvis, scapula, head and shoulders, we will deconstruct the different handstand alignments, study their similarities and differences and find the one that suits you the most personally!
Improving consistency and duration: The best cues and drills to find confidence upside down, improving the frequency and duration of your floats.
Support online course:
To supplement the classes, accessory, optional homework will be suggested and sent through video tutorials at the end of each class for the participants to skyrocket their progress!
