Jocelyn began her yoga journey back in her home country of Canada, starting her practice while studying in University as a way to destress.


Through this practice she came to appreciate the benefits of yoga for her mental and physical health, and after a few years of exploration, decided to take her first 200hr training in 2013. 


Since that first training, she has completed a second 200hr with Baptiste Power Flow, a 50hr Budokon Yoga certification and has completed two 30hr Advanced Teaching certificates.


Jocelyn has been fortunate enough to be able to share her practice and teachings around the globe for almost 10 years, from Canada to Ireland over to Italy, and now back to Dublin.


She loves to teach a dynamic vinyasa style class, connecting movement and breath, allowing students to really drop into their bodies and practice a type of moving meditation. She always tries to create flows with dynamic and fun transitions for all levels of students to bring in that bit of self exploration and play into their practice.
