Suitable IF
- You've never practiced yoga
- You've dabbled in yoga here and there
- You prefer to master the basics first before trying a more dynamic practice
- You've been practicing a little while but are in need of a refresher
After a few beginner classes you'll feel confident to join any of our Open Power classes. (In fact we'd encourage you to try those classes too when you're doing the course! You'll see how much you have learned..)
Each week you'll learn about some different aspect of yoga:-
* Breathing / Pranayama
* Sun Salutations A and B / Surya Namaskar A & B
* Know your Warriors
* Essential Asanas
