Ask About Asana
A new 30 minute 'mini-workshop' style class focused on some of those 'trickier' or more challenging poses.. We’ll break down the pose and work through some drills and techniques.. You'll have time to practice and ask questions.
Ideally you’ll join this class right after the 6pm class so your body is warmed up.
Class will include:
- prep poses to help warm up the body to approach the pose
- drills to help develop the strength of mobility needed
- modifications to get into a pose
