Welcome to Mandala Yoga.
Yoga flow is a dynamic yoga style that will get you moving, breathing and stretching.  The idea is to get the body moving in the reverse direction to what we do when we spend so much time sitting at desks every day.

Our classes are held via ZOOM. 
 Book in to receive a confirmation email with a link and password to access the online class and more instructions. 

 If you book ahead, a reminder link will also be sent 20 mins before class starts.

Each class will start with a short meditation or some breathwork to centre the body and mind. This will be followed by a short warm up, some dynamic movements. Class ends with a short cool down and rest 'shavasana'

Leave refreshed and re-energised.

Try to find a quiet corner where you won't be disturbed.
Wear loose clothing E.g. Sweat pants.
Feel free to use a yoga mat or some kind of workout mat.
Set your iPad or laptop up so you can see the ZOOM screen.
Wearing no socks will help with grip so suggest you remove socks!
