Mandala Masterclass: Journey through the Elements

The elements (Earth|Water|Fire|Air) are forces of energy which are both inside us and in the world around us. This practice honors the ever changing energy of the here and now and when blended with Mandala vinyasa we allow ourselves to move into deeper introspection as we move and expand around the mat.

In this masterclass with Claire Acton you will

- Learn about the 4 elements (Earth | Water | Fire | Air)
- Understand where these elements present in the body
- Feel the expansion and opening of the breath working with the element 
- Learn how to track daily elements on the Mayan calendar

During this 90 mins practice we will move dynamically in circular movements around our mat as we move through each element. One breath, one movement means we bring ourselves into a moving meditation, where the purpose is to move out of the head and into the breath! 

This is open for all levels of practice, with many modifications to have a more advanced practice.This gives opportunity for strength, flexibility and mobility. 

The class ends with yin practice to complete the cycle. This is a beautiful opportunity for a release through movement, breath and play, with some great music to help move along this journey.
