EM_POWER FLOW
What to expect: Move. Sweat. Breathe. Play.
You have the fundamentals but are curious to explore different pranayama, maybe work on conquering arm balances and basic inversion options. These classes are power flow but with specific time allocated to building up to a particular pose. With an emphasis on drills and repetition.

Please note the following:
- Limited free parking on parish hall grounds. On street parking available - please check signage.
- There are changing facilities but no showers on site.
If itβs your first time practicing with us, please arrive a few minutes early as you'll need to register.
Please advise the instructor if you have an injury or are pregnant.
- Come hydrated and with an empty stomach.
- Bring some water and an extra towel.
- Some mats available for hire. (If you have your own mat, bring it along.
