NEW to Yoga and want to jump in? Or you've dabbled a bit with yoga but you're keen to learn more.

Or maybe you need to build flexibility and space in the body to nail those trickier poses. 

SLOW power is a flow class but less dynamic than our OPEN power class.

What to expect: Move more slowly. Breathe.

You’ll be holding poses for longer. This will build strength in your body and mobility in the joints. Perfect for when you need to power down. Or if you’re working on mobility/flexibility. Or simply want to power down at the end of the day or week. 

(Working to nail those trickier poses?  Super SLOW Power Yin is even better!)

Recommended for: All levels | Beginner friendly.

  • Bring a mat, towel and water and if you wish a small blanket or layers for shavasana  (final rest).
Please advise the instructor if you have an injury or are pregnant.

First timers: please arrive a few minutes before class to chat with the teacher
