Our signature Mandala open level class. This class is suitable for all levels.

What to expect: Move. Sweat. Breathe. 

Open Power is our Mandala open level class. You’ll feel challenged at times for sure but always in a supportive and fun way.  Options for all levels of practitioners. You’ll build strength in your body and leave calmer, more relaxed and tension-free.

In this morning class you'll have a short warm up followed by sun salutations and power flow sequences to get the body moving. A calming end sequence followed by a short savasana will leave you energised and focused for your day ahead.  

Recommended for: All levels | Beginner friendly.


Please note the following:
  • Doors open from 6.45AM
  • Class starts 7AM sharp and finishes at 8AM
  • Free parking - enter via St. Mary’s road.
  • Changing facilities on site. (However, no showers.)
  • If it’s your first time practicing with us, please arrive a few minutes before  7am as you'll need to register with us.
  • Please advise the instructor if you have an injury or are pregnant.
  • Otherwise arrive just a couple of minutes before class starts.
  • Space is heated.
  • Come hydrated and with an empty stomach.
  • Bring some water and an extra towel.
  • Some mats available for hire. (If you have your own mat, bring it along.)
  • Payment can be accepted online, via card or cash.
