Join Susan at Mandala Yoga for a nurturing Restorative & Yin Yoga workshop to soothe the body, settle the mind and uplift your spirit as we head into a new year.
What to expect:
Restorative & Yin Yoga to melt tension and target tired muscles and joints
Time for you - stillness and mindfulness
Essential oils to enhance relaxation and emotional balance
A warm and cosy space to reconnect and recharge
There will be gentle movement, long-held postures with supportive props in an atmosphere of rest and self-care. Slow down, breathe and receive.
How to prepare:
Wear comfortable clothing you can easily move in
Try to avoid eating anything too heavy up to an hour before
Come hydrated
Bring along a water bottle - we have drinking water available onsite.
