Mandala Yoga (Amy & Susan)  are very grateful for the support of the Piranhas Club over many years so this afternoon of self-care in January is a way to show our appreciation.

Beat the January Blues! 
Join Susan at Mandala Yoga for a nurturing Restorative & Yin Yoga workshop to soothe the body, settle the mind and uplift your spirit as we head into a new year.
What to expect:
  • Restorative & Yin Yoga to melt tension and target tired muscles and joints
  • Time for you - stillness and mindfulness
  • Essential oils to enhance relaxation and emotional balance
  • A warm and cosy space to reconnect and recharge
There will be gentle movement, long-held postures with supportive props in an atmosphere of rest and self-care. Slow down, breathe and receive.
How to prepare:
  • Wear comfortable clothing you can easily move in
  • Try to avoid eating anything too heavy up to an hour before
  • Come hydrated
  • Bring along a water bottle - we have drinking water available onsite.
  • If you've any injuries, please let us know on arrival.

Mandala Yoga is on the grounds of St. Mary's church on Haddington road. Directions to Mandala here
There is usually lots of free parking onsite on a Saturday. Enter the grounds via St.Mary's Road if you are coming by car.
