A 2-hour interactive to refine your practice and deepen your understanding of yoga flow.
For students newer to yoga or you wish to explore, ask questions, and fine-tune your technique.
This workshop is to explore, and strengthen the foundations that support a confident, safe and enjoyable practice.
What we’ll explore together:
Breath Essentials
Learn the principles and purpose of Ujjayi breathing, and how to use it to create stability, focus and ease throughout your flow.
Pose / Asana Breakdown: Sun Salutations A & B
We’ll deconstruct the postures you see in nearly every class—offering clear alignment cues, demos, variations, and the chance to ask all the questions you never get to ask in a faster-paced flow.
Smart & Supportive Transitions
Discover ways to move between poses that feel smoother, safer and more connected—ranging from foundational steps to slightly more progressive options.
This workshop is for newer practitioners wanting to build confidence, as well as seasoned students who wish to refine their technique and reconnect with the fundamentals.
Bring a notebook, your phone for photos if helpful, and come curious.
You’ll leave with practical tools that make every future flow feel more grounded, accessible and empowering.
