Our beginners' yoga classes are designed to introduce you to the fundamental concepts and practice of yoga in a safe and supportive environment. 

In this 6 class course we will focus on 3 essential parts of yoga:
  • Breath: Learn 'Yogic Breathing'
  • Body: Explore essential poses/shapes that help strengthen and free the body from tension
  • Mind: Practice awareness, mindfulness and relaxation to calm the mind.

  • Your 6 class pass also allows you to try any of the other classes on our schedule so you have maximum flexibility.

    Course Cost: €90

    Course Location:  Classes take place on the grounds of St. Mary's Church on Haddington in our light-filled space.
