BREATHWORK is a form of active meditation - consciously connecting your mind and body through conscious mindful breathing.
Yogis call this 'PranaYama' - using our breath to 'control' or anchor our physical or emotional state. We use the breath to consciously up-regulate or down-regulate our nervous system - depending on the environment or situation we find yourselves in.
A Transformational BreathWork session is different in that it raises both our conscious and subconscious frequency. It stimulates your nervous system in a particular way that taps into old patterns, long-forgotten emotions and helps uncover new possibilities.
Transformational Breathwork Immersion is where the healing power of Sound frequencies and our other senses meets ancient transformative Breathwork techniques.
In this immersion you will go deeper with targetted bodywork | energy line activation using the power of Touch.
We tap into your strongest, most primordial sense – your sense of Smell through Essential Oils.
This workshop is a fusion of all the senses whilst accessing the subtle mind-body-breath connection.
With the use of individual silent headphones, expect a Deeply Personal and Immersive Experience.

Transformational Breathwork yields fast results in a shorter space of time and permanent shifts are created each time you participate in a session. Each session aims to enhance physical, emotional and mental well-being through conscious connected breathing.

HOW TO PREPARE FOR THIS IMMERSION
- Wear comfy clothing.
- Bring a journal and pen.
- Hydrate well.
- Try not to eat or drink coffee or other stimulants up to two hours beforehand
(If you need to eat, please eat something light.)
IMPORTANT CONTRAINDICATIONS
Due to the nature of this type of practice, this breathwork is NOT recommended if you have any of the following conditions:
- You are pregnant
- Have cardiovascular conditions such as high blood pressure, heart attack, heart disease
- Epilepsy or history of seizures
- Diagnosed severe mental health conditions (bipolar, schizophrenia, psychosis, PTSD
- Glaucoma or Retinal Detachment
- Recent physical injuries/fractures/surgeries
- Currently taking heavy medication that alters brain chemistry
- Severe Asthma
- History of or diagnosis of aneurysms

ABOUT YOUR FACILITATORS
Amy and
Susan are the founders and co-owners of Mandala Yoga. They are
Phoenix Breathwork qualified facilitators.
Between them they have several decades of yoga and breathwork training, practice and teaching.
They are also skilled massage and bodywork practitioners. And have developed and delivered yoga teacher trainings in a variety of environments and know the power of the breath to change and transform our state of mind.
