Gentle Yoga Flow is our all-abilities, accessible yoga class which focuses on gentle movement, mindful breathing and simple relaxation techniques to enhance your flexibility, build some strength and boost overall well-being.

  • in their senior years - looking to improve strength, mobility and balance
  • getting back to movement after years of a sedentary lifestyle
