Gentle Yoga Flow is our all-abilities, accessible yoga class which focuses on gentle movement, mindful breathing and simple relaxation techniques to enhance your flexibility, build some strength and boost overall well-being.

Gentle Yoga Flow is a creative sequence of movement and modified postures which flow together to create heat in the body and reconnect body and mind.
This 60-minute class is made up of gentle stretches, seated postures (mat or chair) inspired by breathwork that will increase your blood circulation, improve balance and reduce stress.
