Yoga Flow is a movement-centred yoga style where the movements and poses are connected to each other in a flowing manner. The key focus is on linking breath and movement in a way that boosts circulation, builds heat but also calms and centres the mind.

This Align & Flow class focuses on the fundamental yoga poses that make up a well-rounded yoga practice including gentle sun salutations. Emphasis is placed on safe and effective alignment in the poses and during the transitions between poses. 

Students new to yoga or indeed even if you have been practicing for years will enjoy deepening your understanding of these core poses.

Experience for yourself the positive effects of a flow class on your body, breath and mind. This class is moderately dynamic as students flow from one pose to the next guided by their breath and your teacher.

Beginners are also welcome to join and will be encouraged to pace themselves and focus on mastering the basic poses with options given.

NOTE: If you're looking for something a little more challenging try out our Dynamic Yoga Flow class. Or if you're looking to start yoga from scratch we recommend our Yoga for Beginners 6 class course to learn the foundations. Yin Yoga is an all levels very slow practice suitable for any practitioner.

To attend an online class with us you will need to DOWNLOAD ZOOM to your phone or laptop. 

Once you book class, you’ll receive an email confirmation with further instructions. As well as a reminder email about 20 mins before your online class starts.
