This Align & Flow class focuses on the fundamental yoga poses that make up a well-rounded yoga practice including gentle sun salutations. Emphasis is placed on safe and effective alignment in the poses and during the transitions between poses. 

Students completely new to yoga or indeed even if you have been practicing for years will enjoy deepening your understanding of these core poses.

Yoga Flow is a movement-centred yoga style where the movements and poses are connected to each other through breath. The class will  boost circulation, build heat but long stretches will also calm and centre the mind.

Beginners are also welcome to join and will be encouraged to pace themselves and focus on mastering the basic poses with options given.

NOTE: If you're looking for something a little more challenging try out our Dynamic Yoga Flow class. Or if you're looking to start yoga and learn from scratch we recommend our Yoga for Beginners 6 class course to learn the foundations. Yin Yoga is an all levels very slow practice suitable for any practitioner.
