We will host TWO regular beginner yoga classes per week:

Wednesdays @ 5.45pm
Saturdays @ 9.30am 

These classes are designed to introduce you to the fundamental concepts and practice of yoga in a safe and supportive environment. 

In this 6 class course we will focus on 3 essential parts of yoga:
  • Breath: Learn 'Yogic Breathing'
  • Body: Explore essential poses/shapes that help strengthen and free the body from tension
  • Mind: Practice awareness, mindfulness and relaxation to calm the mind.

  • Your 6 class pass covers you for both days so you can choose to practice twice a week if you wish. The pass also allows you...
