James specialises in breathwork, hypnotherapy, and Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP). He focuses on integrating transformative breathwork with bioacoustic sound to promote comprehensive well-being.
James is a skilled hypnotist, breathwork facilitator and NLP coach who has over 2 decades of global experience in neurolinguistic programming, hypnosis, breathwork and deep fascial massage.
He has led impactful workshops for PWC and LI Auto in China focusing on mindset shift and communication.
Fluent in Chinese and Spanish he delivers workshops in these languages. This one in English!

- Cardiovascular problems;
- High or abnormal blood pressure;
- History of aneurysms, epilepsy, or history of seizures;
- Severe psychiatric symptoms particularly psychosis or paranoia;
- Bipolar disorder; Any person with mental illness who isn't in treatment or lacks adequate support;
- Anyone on heavy medication;
- An active addiction;
- Recent surgery;
- Glaucoma;
