One and a half hour of breathwork, guided meditation and deep relaxation connecting you to your mind and body through breath.

Breathwork is a form of active meditation through conscious connected breathing mainly using the three-part breath. A Breathwork session can raise your frequency as it brings together spirituality with science to help regulate your nervous system and tap into new potentials and possibilities. 

This type of Breathwork yields fast results in a shorter space of time and permanent shifts are created each time you participate in a session. No Breathwork session is the same & you will experience something new/different each time you take part in a session. 

The results from a session are undeniable and the benefits from it are you can create major breakthroughs, reduce stress & anxiety, release toxins from the body, increase energy levels, release stagnant energy/negative emotions from the body, tap into new insights, thoughts & perspectives, more self-awareness, self-love and an overall sense of calmness.

How to Prepare
Wear comfy clothing.

Bring a journal, pen. 

It's also recommended not to eat or drink coffee 2 hours beforehand but if you need to eat, please eat something light.

IMPORTANT
Due to the type of Breathwork we will be doing it's not recommended to do this practice if you have any of the following:

Are Pregnant

Cardiovascular conditions, including high blood pressure, heart attack, heart disease

Epilepsy, or history of seizures

Diagnosed severe mental health conditions (bipolar, schizophrenia, psychosis, PTSD)

Glaucoma or Retinal Detachment

Recent physical injuries/fractures/surgeries

Currently taking heavy medication that alters brain chemistry

Severe Asthma

History of or diagnosis of aneurysms
