Our six class beginners' yoga pass is taught by experienced yoga teachers and focuses on teaching you three fundamental aspects of Yoga:
- Breath: learn the how and why of 'Yogic Breathing'
- Body: explore essential poses (shapes) that help strengthen and free the body from tension..
- Mind: throughout the practice we'll focus on awareness, mindfulness and relaxation to calm the mind and ease internal stress levels.
Your pass can also be used for any other classes on our schedule (except prenatal yoga) so feel free to 'mix and match' and try Yin Yoga and Align & Flow.
Pass expires after 10 weeks from date of first use.
ONCE YOU PURCHASE YOUR PASS - BE SURE TO CHECK INTO YOUR BEGINNERS CLASSES ON THE CLASS SCHEDULE .
We have mats and props you can borrow.
