๐ SAMHAIN SOUNDS ๐
Sounds of Samhain
An Afternoon of Sound, Stillness & Remembrance
Join Liam Oragh and his beautiful array of sound healing instruments for a special Samhain Sound Bath on Sunday 1st November, 2โ3.45pm.
Samhain marks a turning point in the year โ a time traditionally associated with remembrance, reflection and honouring those who came before us.
As we move into the darker months, this afternoon offers an opportunity to slow down, become still and simply listen.
Through the sounds and vibrations of gongs, singing bowls, crystal bowls, drums, rattles, chimes and solfeggio pipes, Liam will create an immersive soundscape in which you can lie back, rest and allow yourself to be carried by sound.
A Sound Bath is a form of sonic meditation. Rather than actively trying to meditate, you simply settle into a comfortable position and listen as layers of sound and vibration unfold around you. The experience can encourage deep relaxation, quieten a busy mind and create space for reflection.
For this Samhain gathering, the invitation is especially simple: to pause, to remember, and to honour what has gone before.
(No previous experience of meditation or sound baths is needed.)
