We have 2 beginner yoga classes per week.
WEDNESDAYS @ 5.30pm
SATURDAYS @ 9.30am
[Please note our Autumn Schedule starts Sat 7 Sept. Beginner yoga class times will move to Wed 5.45pm and Sat 9.45am]
Our six week beginners' course is taught by experienced yoga teachers and focuses on teaching you three fundamental aspects of Yoga:
- Breath: learn the how and why of 'Yogic Breathing'
- Body: explore essential poses (shapes) that help strengthen and free the body from tension..
- Mind: Throughout the practice we'll focus on awareness, mindfulness and relaxation to calm the mind and ease internal stress levels.
Your pass can be used for either of the beginners classes depending on how often you wish to practice. You can also use it for any other class on our schedule if you want to 'mix and match'.
Pass expires after 9 weeks from date of first use.

We have mats and props you can borrow.
