Weekly Donation-Based Community Class. 

This Weekly Online Class offers practitioners the chance to

- explore the fundamentals of each asana
- focus on alignment
- learn the basics of flow with sun salutations.

This 50 minute fundamentals class will be taught by a group of newly qualified yoga teachers who give of their time freely. Relax and wind down and set yourself up for the week ahead.

Class is donation-based (€5 minimum) drop in in aid of Aware.

Class is suitable for you if
- You've been practicing a little while but are in need of a refresher
- You've never practiced yoga
- You've dabbled in yoga here and there
- You prefer to master the basics first before trying a more dynamic practice

* Sun Salutations A and B / Surya Namaskar A & B
* Warriors 
* Transitions
