This workshop combines physical movement, meditative practices, and creative expression to empower you for the year ahead.
Envision Yoga is a kundalini-yoga inspired sequence that activates the 7 main chakras through movement and mantra.
After a brief introduction to the 7 main energy centres, we'll take you through a dynamic Kundalini -yoga practice designed to awaken the energy centers (chakras) and promote physical, mental, and spiritual well-being. The sequence is a combination of movements, breathwork (pranayama), and personal mantra to help release stagnant energy and prepare you for a new year.
Intention Setting: After the dynamic practice, we will transition into more reflection time, allowing you to set personal intentions and aspirations for the year ahead. This is time for you to distil, reflect and shape those thoughts and ideas into your own personalised vision board for 2025 and beyond.
A Vision Board is a powerful way to imagine and crystallise those vague plans, thoughts, ideas that have been rolling around in your head for a while. It is a fusion of words, images and intention that will sow the seed of Action. It will be the daily inspiration that you need to manifest and realise your vision.
Unleash your creativity as you design your vision board. Using various materials provided, such as magazines, art supplies, and inspirational quotes, you will curate images and messages that resonate with your goals, dreams, and desires for the year to come.
We'll conclude the workshop with a short group sharing circle.
